“Instant photography” has been an ongoing trend ever since the Polaroid instant camera was first introduced. Cameras now come in compact sizes that fit easily into our pockets, there are cameras that fly, and this reinvention of photography has changed how we approach travelling.

The collaborative effort between global sports brand PUMA and consumer electronics powerhouse Polaroid has resulted in the birth of 2 super-cool sneakers.

Inspired by the legendary OneStep Polaroid camera, the new sneakers are RS-100 and RS-0. These are sport shoes with leather, suede and flexible materials. The PUMA and Polaroid branding can be found on both the tongue label and footbed.

Check out the shoe descriptions and retail prices below:

1. RS-0 Polaroid

Priced at RM 528, the RS-0 Polaroid features a premium white leather upper, micro perf vents, 6mm flat, reflective laces and the iconic Polaroid Colour Spectrum graphic on the sneaker heel.

2. RS-100 Polaroid

Priced at RM 433, the RS-100 Polaroid is the OG silhouette, keeping true to the retro style. The re-issue features classic Polaroid hues in colour-blocked style in suede and leather overlays, finished with a reflective detailing, a play on the ‘flash’ from a Polaroid camera.

Both sneakers will be available in PUMA KLCC, Sunway Pyramid, Crossover, and Sole What, starting from 8th September onwards.
