As a call for all Malaysians to embrace life positively, Mead Johnson Nutrition has recently launched their “Activate Your Immunity, Activate Your Life” campaign. To kick off the campaign, Mead Johnson Nutrition introduced its first-ever adult nutritious milk, PROVITAL Immuna Plus that is fully equipped with Triple Immunity Protection from yeast beta-glucan, selenium and vitamin C that can strengthen the immune function.

With regards to the launch, Mead Johnson Nutrition shared the result of a survey conducted with 3,000 participants on Malaysians perceptions and attitudes towards nutrition and immunity. From the survey, the vital insight that was revealed was that the level of awareness on topics of immune health among 60% of Malaysians has shown a positive increase since the start of the pandemic.
67.5% of the respondents had consumed more nutritional products to strengthen their health with more than 90% of the respondents have included more fruits and vegetables in their diet. The results reveal that Malaysians have taken the issue of immune health more seriously than ever, and the PROVITAL Immuna Plus was formulated by taking this concern into consideration.
Dr. Kent Woo also shares that proper nutrition and a healthy stress-free lifestyle is one of the best ways to enhance and strengthen the immune system. “Beta-glucan from different sources provide different health function, while yeast beta-glucan is the type of beta-glucan that supports the immune system,” Dr. Kent Woo shares.
