Virtual K-pop boy group PLAVE is reaching new heights with their latest comeback! The group has achieved another major milestone as their new mini album, HYPERDRIVE, makes an impressive debut across several Billboard charts.
On 27th October 2026, Billboard revealed that PLAVE had topped three charts in the same week, marking a new chapter in the group’s growing international success.
‘HYPERDRIVE’ Makes An Impressive Billboard Debut
PLAVE’s latest mini album debuted at No.31 on the Billboard 200, which ranks the most popular album in the United States. This marks the group’s first time entering the top 40 of the chart and their second appearance overall. Their previous mini album, Caligo Pt.2, made its debut at No.145 earlier this year.
But the achievements didn’t stop there! HYPERDRIVE also debuted at No.1 on Billboard’s Top Album Sales and World Albums charts, marking the group’s first time topping both rankings.

The Top Album Sales achievement means that HYPERDRIVE was the best-selling album in the United States that week, based on album sales.
Meanwhile, PLAVE returned to Billboard’s Emerging Artists chart at No.1, reaching a new personal best and completing their three chart-topping achievements.
Every Song from ‘HYPERDRIVE’ Enter Billboard’s Global Charts
Adding to the excitement, all 5 tracks from HYPERDRIVE secured positions on Billboard’s Global Excl. U.S. chart. The album’s title track, “Star Trace,’ led the way at No.32, followed by “GGUN” at No.55, “Sweet Rain” at No.57, “The Answer Is Yes” at No.66 and “Rewind” at No.105.

Four of the songs also entered the Billboard Global 200, with “Star Trace” landing at No.84, “GGUN” at No.128, “Sweet Rain” at No.130 and “The Answer Is Yes” at No.170.
PLAVE Reaches A New Peak On The Artist 100
To top it all off, PLAVE also returned to Billboard’s Artist 100 chart at No.25, marking their highest position yet. This is the group’s second non-consecutive week on the chart, adding another achievement to their successful comeback.
From entering the Billboard 200’s top 40 for the first time to topping three major charts, PLAVE continues to make its mark on the international music scene.
With HYPERDRIVE achieving new milestones across several Billboard rankings, the virtual K-pop group is showing just how far its music can reach!
