Malaysians take pride whenever our country is mentioned or featured in international media. In January last year, many were excited to see Sarawak as the main location where Korean actor Yoo Seung Ho (유승호) filmed his “Off The Grid” reality series.
“Behind Your Touch” star Lee Min-ki (이 민기) also made international headlines by climbing to the top of Mount Kinabalu a few months back. It looks like Malaysian fans have another reason to be excited about as one of our famous historical landmarks is being featured in an actor’s upcoming Photo Book series.
Kim Seon Ho (김선호) recently announced that he’ll be releasing his official photo book titled “Kim Seonho- 2024 PHOTO BOOK [One, Two, Three Smiles]” later this month. Just like the previous releases, this year’s photo book is basically a photo album that showcases the actor at popular tourist spots around the world in 2023.
Previews of the book’s content can be seen in the Apple Music Korea online store and Malaysian fans noticed that 2 photos featured the 38-year-old happily posing in front of Dataran Merdeka. The preview had local fans ecstatic with many proclaiming that they are proud to be Malaysians. Some suggested that the Korean celeb knew exactly how to attract his Malaysian fans by including photos of him visiting one of the country’s historical sites.
In case you missed it, Kim Seon Ho was actually here in Malaysia last year for his “One, Two, Three. Smile” tour and he also posted a photo of himself at Dataran Merdeka and the Petronas Twin Towers on his Instagram during his visit. Since it was not in the preview, perhaps the photos of his visit to the Twin Towers might be somewhere in the new photo book. We can only hope so!
