Our Petronas Twin Towers have always been the talk of the country, and have been featured in countless tourist pics. Well, if you haven’t been yet, you might just be in luck this month!
The Twin Towers have a reputation for being a touristy spot, and it isn’t hard to see why. With a Sky Bridge and an Observation Deck, it’s a great place to view KL from. As it turns out, Petronas recently decided to let August babies up for free!
It’s the 49th year for Petronas and they’ve decided to spread around some anniversary cheer with a complimentary ticket for all Malaysian citizens born in the month of August. Of course, it works on a first-come-first-serve basis so if you’re eager to get your ticket, here’s what to do.
Simply drop by the Petronas Twin Towers ticket counter on any day in August, present your MyKad or MyKid, and claim your ticket. You do not have to be there on your birth date itself, and going whenever you’re available is encouraged.
Petronas has also clarified that walk-in tickets will likely still be available, on the off-chance tickets are sold out online. But, they also advised citizens to “come earlier to redeem your tickets“. Also, do note that the promotion is only valid till 31st August, and the offer is limited to one ticket per individual.
