Residents in Petaling Jaya, take note!
Several major roads in the Petaling Jaya New Town area will be closed from 26th (Friday) to 28th August (Monday) due to this year’s edition of PJ Fair, which will held on the aforementioned days.
The affected roads are as follows:
1. Jalan Yong Shook Lin
- 7pm on 25th August – 2am on 26th August
- 11pm on 26th August – 8pm on 28th August
2. Jalan Tengah
- 11pm on 25th August – 8pm on 28th August
3. Jalan 52/18 (in front of KFC)
- 11pm on 25th August – 8pm on 28th August
4. Entrance to Jalan Yong Shook Lin (in front of Affin Bank)
- 11pm on 25th August – 8pm on 28th August
5. MBPJ Civic Centre
- 8am on 25th August – 8pm on 28th August
PJ Fair is an annual festival organised by the Petaling Jaya City Council (Majlis Bandaraya Petaling Jaya/MBPJ) to commemorate the anniversary of Petaling Jaya’s city status.
Themed “Colours Of PJ”, this year’s celebration will see celebrities such as Amy Search, Altimet, Hunny Madu, and more performing. 2016’s PJ Fair will be held at Section 52 City Centre, Petaling Jaya.
