A spot of kindness is enough to brighten up anyone’s day. As such, it was no surprise when this security guard went viral for helping a lady find her handbag. But, while admiring his kind act, netizens were also very impressed with his ‘style’ while carrying said handbag!
A security guard at Pavilion Kuala Lumpur was recently spotted helping a lady find her Louis Vuitton handbag. Uploaded to TikTok yesterday (21st May), the video quickly garnered over 900 thousand views. However, it seems netizens were more delighted with how fashionable the guard looked with the handbag.
The video showed two security guards walking around in Pavilion KL. Notably enough, one of the security guards was holding a Louis Vuitton handbag. As the two continued walking, a woman, looking relieved, ran up to them and took the handbag, apparently claiming that it belonged to her. “Spotted: a Louis Vuitton Speedy Bandouliere 20 left on a bench reuniting with its owner,” a caption in the video read. “Retails in Malaysia for RM8,900.”
Netizens later clarified that the bag was actually a Mono Speedy 25. Still, that didn’t stop netizens from mocking the lady for being able to forget her expensive bag, with a few pointing out it was lucky the security guards had found it. “If someone else (found it)… bye bye,” one comment aptly summarised. Others took the opportunity to praise the guard for their kind act.
But, most netizens were fascinated with the way the guard carried the handbag. “Security guard is serving looks while carrying that bag I must say,” one stated while another agreed, saying: “Was like, wow the security guard got style.” A netizen pointed out that the way he carried the bag was adorable. “The guard was SERVING that little subtle hip move! Live it bro!” one said. A few joked that he was likely used to carrying his girlfriend’s bag.
Well, kudos to the guard for his service and his unintended stylish stroll with the Louis Vuitton bag! We’re glad he was able to make several people’s days a little brighter with his act. Who knows, perhaps its time for him to get a little handbag of his own. He certainly looks great with one!
