Actor/singer-turned-chef Nicholas Tse (谢霆锋), also known as his alter ego Chef le Mon, has been invited by McDonald’s to create a signature menu of hamburgers and desserts for McDonald’s Hong Kong!

This marks the 2nd time Nicholas collaborate with McDonald’s. Last year, the celebrity chef made a special menu for McDonald’s China where he created a spicy chicken burger named after him. The burger consisted of teppanyaki style chicken meat smothered in a combination of Sichuan spicy sauce and a Vietnamese chili paste, and sandwiched between 2 squid ink burger buns.

The 38-year-old also came out with a large variety of such as a coffee milk tea flavoured sundae and a McFlurry with Nicholas’ own brand of cookies mixed in, tart lemon and pineapple pies, French fries with honey mustard and sea salt lemon soda.

It is not known if the Hong Kong menu will have the same menu as the one in China, but according to Jayne Stars, the Hong Kong collaboration will draw inspiration from many of his favourite classic Hong Kong foods.

Let’s hope that the menu will come to McDonald’s Malaysia as well 😉
