Game streamers are usually favored by fellow netizens who enjoy their gaming content along with their entertaining personalities.

However, one Malaysian streamer, Izzat “Kidal” Hazwan, recently got the wrong end of the stick when he tried to find himself a girl, who he could spend his life with.

Kidal is famous for streaming his “Dota 2” gameplay as a content, but this time he got the spotlight for bravely posting his personal details in attempt to find a girlfriend via a Facebook post. Despite his honest efforts, some netizens criticised his actions due to his unorthodox way of finding a life-long partner.

Judging by the comments on the post, it is believed that Kidal is known for “begging” things through his streams by making fundraisers for his own personal needs such as money for food and a gaming chair. Some netizens proceeded to question his income and stability, as they assumed he can barely support himself.

According to a local portal, when Kidal received a few suggestions regarding a few potential girlfriends, he went on to “get-to-know” the women through video calling them and cyberstalking their profiles, all while being live on Facebook. This didn’t end well as a lot of people felt that the streamer was infringing the girls’ privacy, even though some felt otherwise.

For context, one particular woman took to her Facebook to rant about Kidal’s approach when he publicly stalked her photos while being on a live stream. However, that post has since been deleted, but it can be seen through a clip from Kidal’s FB live stream.

Nevertheless, a few other people along with the streamer himself asserted that he didn’t do anything wrong as the girl’s photos were set to public instead of private. Kidal explained his questionable actions through a live stream while waiting for his “Dota 2” match to start.
