Have you ever thought about buying your dream home one day? Many worked hard to be able to afford to have a place for themselves. Most could only dream of living in a luxurious mansion somewhere secluded, away from the hustle and bustle of city life.

You can find them being advertised online but would you actually want to live in a bungalow that can basically fit an entire village? Check out this real estate advertisement:

Real estate agent Hasrat Hadzrat recently posted on their Facebook page about a house that’s currently up for sale. It’s common to see housing ads whenever you scroll through social media but what makes this house so special? Perhaps it’s due to the fact that it’s a bungalow with a total of 26 rooms!

You didn’t read that wrong. The post of the 3 blocks bungalow located in Penchala River, Damansara, with 26 bedrooms and 24 bathrooms is gaining a lot of attention from netizens lately. What’s more is that the estate cost RM19 million! The area covers approximately 2 acres of land and even has a large swimming pool for the owner(s) to enjoy.

The luxurious house is located on the hillside with a fantastic view of the neighbourhood below and from the photos shown, it definitely looks more like a private holiday resort than an actual house for people to live in. The Facebook advertisement quickly went viral with netizens commenting jokes about how large the paradise home is saying they’d get lost or might even take several hours to reach another room.

One netizen said that the bungalow could fit their entire family with still many rooms left unoccupied. One joked that it will take them almost a month to sleep in each room of the house. It is understood that the original price for the bungalow was RM21 million but it’s apparently been reduced to RM19 million for potential buyers. Those who are interested will have to pay a 10% deposit which is a total of RM1.9 million.

For your information, the property on sale is located just 3km from One Utama with the nearest train station being MRT Bandar Utama.
