Dato’ Seri Aliff Syukri Kamarzaman is currently performing the Hajj (pilgrimage) with his mom, Bonda Rozita Ibrahim, and son, Ammar Ahyan, in the holy land of Mecca.
Of course, the infamous celebrity entrepreneur has also been active in sharing with his Instagram followers several photos and clips of him and his family during their trip there. Over the weekend, Aliff shared a touching video dedicated to his beloved mother.
“I don’t know how to express it; how wonderful my life is to have Mom by my side right now. When I was a kid, we were separated for a while. Now that I’m older, I regret not having a close relationship with my mom. Grandma and Dad are no longer around. I don’t know how to describe it – I feel sad, happy as well as all other sorts of emotions,” the D’Herbs founder wrote. “Hopefully, this video will serve as a beautiful memory I have with my mom. I’ll love you ’till my last breath.”
Aliff’s post drew huge amounts of reactions from netizens. Many praised the “Chu Ku Chuk Raya” singer’s affectionate gesture towards his mother. On the other hand, one particular netizen advised Aliff to focus on his pilgrimage instead of posting content on his socials. He wrote, “Please get off social media for a while. It’s better for you to focus on your pilgrimage.”
That said, many netizens defended Aliff’s action and proceeded to put the internet troll on blast. The entrepreneur himself has yet to respond to that particular netizen for their comment but we figured he has more important things to worry about.
