Namewee (黃明志) may be one of the most controversial artists to emerge from Malaysia, but one can’t deny that he lives and breathes entertainment. Whether it’s putting out a smash hit, appearing on the big screen or touching on sensitive issues, Namewee always speaks his mind.
Namewee launched the “Big Bird Tour” (大飞机) 2 years ago, but it got banned in Hong Kong and China. Despite the setback, the hip-hop artist is relaunching the tour with the announcement of 4 concert dates. That’s right peeps, the 41-year-old will be flying his “Big Bird Tour” to Australia, Taiwan, Singapore, before returning to his homegrown soil in Malaysia.
