Good news for fans who missed out on tickets to see My Chemical Romance in Malaysia — you’ll soon be getting another shot.
Concert organiser Hello Universe Malaysia has announced that a limited number of tickets for the band’s highly anticipated Kuala Lumpur shows will be made available once again.

In a social media post, the organiser reflected on the overwhelming response from Malaysian fans, writing:
“120,000 tickets, 2 nights, 90 minutes. That’s how fast Malaysia showed up for MCR. A LIMITED number of tickets are available once more.”
According to the announcement, the additional tickets will go on sale on 3 July (Friday) at 10AM, giving fans one final opportunity to secure their spot at one of the most anticipated rock concerts of the year.
Malaysia’s Massive MCR Fever
The announcement comes after demand for My Chemical Romance’s Malaysian leg exceeded expectations.
The iconic emo-rock band generated tremendous excitement among local fans when the concert was first announced, with tickets being snapped up at lightning speed. The overwhelming demand eventually led to the addition of a second show, allowing even more fans to witness the band’s long-awaited return.

Hello Universe Malaysia’s latest post highlights just how strong that demand remains, with the organiser noting that a total of 120,000 tickets across both nights were taken up by eager concertgoers.
Another Chance For Fans
While the organiser has not disclosed exactly how many tickets will be released, the use of the word “limited” suggests availability will be extremely restricted.
Fans hoping to secure tickets are encouraged to prepare ahead of the sale, with many already setting reminders and alarms to avoid missing out a second time.
Given the speed at which tickets previously sold, competition is expected to be intense once sales reopen.
