Following the breakout success of “The Debut: Dream Academy” and the formation of the global girl group KATSEYE, HYBE and Geffen Records are back with a new project, “World Scout: The Final Piece”. The upcoming series, set to air in early 2026, will chronicle the search for the final member of a brand-new girl group, one built on the same global ambitions and artistic calibre as its predecessor.
While much remains a mystery, including the group’s name, three of the four members have already been revealed in a cinematic short film titled “Prelude: The Final Piece”. And if you’re a “Dream Academy” fan, you’ll recognise these faces. Meet the girls in HYBE x Geffen’s upcoming global girl group:
Emily Kelavos

- Age: 19
- Height: 153cm
- From: Texas, USA
- Birth date: 14th February, 2006
- “Dream Academy” Placement: Finalist (Top 10)
A fan favourite from “Dream Academy”, Emily is a dynamic dancer with sharp, expressive movement and undeniable stage presence. Though she was ultimately eliminated in the finale, her career has only soared since. Emily recently performed alongside XG at Coachella 2025, a massive moment that marked her as one to watch in the global pop landscape.
She also choreographed and starred in the music video for “Homewrecked” by fellow “Dream Academy” alum Adéla Jergová, showcasing her growing prowess as both a performer and creative force. With her blend of raw charisma and precision, it’s no wonder she’s also one of our top suggestions to play Britney Spears in the upcoming biopic; she has that rare combination of vulnerability, presence, and pop icon energy.
Lexie Levin

- Age: 21
- Height: 153cm
- From: Stockholm, Sweden
- Birth date: 28th August, 2004
- “Dream Academy” Placement: Withdrew (Week 7)
Lexie’s story is one of evolution and self-discovery. During “Dream Academy”, the Swedish singer-songwriter captivated audiences with her authenticity and vocal warmth but ultimately made the difficult decision to withdraw from the competition after seven weeks. “It’s hard leaving something that means so much to you, but sometimes it’s actually what’s best for you,” she shared on Instagram at the time.
Her return through “World Scout: The Final Piece” signals a bold new chapter, one where she steps into the spotlight on her own terms, more self-assured and artistically focused than ever before. Lexie brings emotional depth and mature artistry to the group and not to mention a devoted international fan base.
Samara Siqueira

- Age: 19
- Height: 157cm
- From: Rio de Janeiro, Brazil
- Birth date: 11th September 2005
- “Dream Academy” Placement: 7th Place
Vibrant, soulful, and endlessly charismatic, Samara turned heads during her “Dream Academy” run with her emotional delivery and natural stage chemistry. She placed 7th in the finale, narrowly missing a spot in KATSEYE, but it’s clear that her journey was far from over.
Before “Dream Academy”, Samara built experience starring in music videos for “Good Days” by The Bootcampers and “Come Together” by Now United & Bootcampers, showing she’s no stranger to the global pop landscape. With Brazilian flair and raw talent, Samara brings a new layer of diversity and edge to this emerging group, making her an instant standout.
Who Will Join Them Next?

The group’s fourth and final member will be selected through “World Scout: The Final Piece”, with applications open through 22nd September, 2025. The competition will be open to women and non-binary people aged 15 to 24, with initial rounds taking place in Tokyo. Selected applicants will undergo intensive training in Los Angeles and Japan from October to December 2025, with the series slated to premiere in early 2026 on Japan’s ABEMA streaming platform.
With three formidable artists already assembled and a global spotlight shining once more, HYBE x Geffen’s next girl group is already one of the most highly anticipated debuts in recent K-pop and pop crossover history. Will the final piece complete the puzzle, or redefine it altogether? Stay tuned, and get ready to meet the future of global pop.
