The world’s biggest travel fair is making its way back to Kuala Lumpur next month!
The annual MATTA fair will be happening at Putra World Trade Centre (PWTC) in Kuala Lumpur from 4th to 6th September. It will also be filled with a sea of screaming fans as a certain Korean artiste will be making a special appearance.
According to Korea Plaza KL, South Korean rapper and TV personality Kang Gary is set to meet fans at this year’s MATTA Fair.
Kang Gary (real name: Kang Hee-gun 강희건) is a South Korean rapper, songwriter, record producer, entrepreneur, entertainer, and TV personality. He is the founder and one half of the respected hip-hop duo, LeeSsang. The rapper is best known for his prominent presence on Korea’s hit reality game show, “Running Man“.
Having previously performed in Malaysia as part of LeeSsang, the rapper will be making his way back to KL as he has been invited by the Korean Tourism Organisation to meet his fans at the MATTA Fair Korea booth.
The event is exclusively designed for fans who purchase the travel package through selected agent.
The general public, on the other hand, will be able to catch a glimpse of the rapper from afar, from a special barricaded area reserved for fans who have purchased the travel package. However, all details are subject to change.

- Time: 5:20pm – 6pm
- Venue: PWTC , Kuala Lumpur
Fans who purchase the travel package might stand a chance to take a group photo with Gary too.
