Best known for his roles in films such as “Budak Pailang”, “Hanya Aku Cinta Kau Seorang”, and TV3 sitcom “Kisah Kaisara”, Aeril Zafrel has taken his career international.
The 26-year-old Batu Pahat-born Aeril, whose real name is Suhairil Sunari, recently landed a lead role in Hollywood which will see him star opposite Sharon Stone and one of our all-time favourite actresses, Christina Ricci!
According to reports from Harian Metro, Aeril is now allowed to reveal details of the film as he is bound by a contract from the film’s production team. What has been confirmed though, is that it will be a love story. Upon being asked about the picture that taken with Christina Ricci, Aeril said:
It is true that I am the male actor beside Christina in the video. It is a video for the theme song of the movie that has yet to have an official title. Filming is going on in London but that is all I can tell you at the moment. I feel like I’m in a dream working in a Hollywood production alongside big stars such as Christina Ricci and Sharon Stone.
Nevermind you, even we feel like it’s a dream to have our very own fellow Malaysian star alongside the big league talents! Congratulations, Aeril. We’re looking forward to the film already!
