Experience the pinnacle of footwear fashion as adidas once again collaborates to bring their sporty shoes to a whole new level. This time, the German athletic apparel brand has teamed up with Wales Bonner, the London-based designer famed for his menswear collections.
His eponymous London label is largely known for designing tasteful apparel for any occasion, and though Wales Bonner rarely steps into the realm of shoes, when the brand does, its works are something else. And this reputation has been reinforced with the creation of the Cadence Sneaker.
The Cadence Sneaker is based on the beloved DNA of the adidas Samba, with a low-top silhouette wave and an off-white leather upper that extends to the toe cap, vamp, eyestays, side stripes and heels. Each pair is painstakingly crafted with attention to detail and embellished with thoughtful touches such as intricate stitches and suede-like linings for the white leather, resulting in a one-of-a-kind texture combination.
A pale silver wrap around the shoe catches everyone’s attention and adds much-needed colour and a premium look to the overall design. This part of the shoe is also made out of soft, premium leather that comfortably cushions your feet even in the most intense runs.
Rounding off the colour palette of this Italy-made sneaker are red jacquard laces and a deep indigo Vibram sole, as well as a blue branded tongue flap that displays the Wales Bonner name, as well as the brand’s logo by the heel of the sneakers, the perfect way of immortalising this incredible collaboration.
