On 29th July 2024, 143 Entertainment (143엔터테인먼트) announced MADEIN’s (메이딘) official members along with their profile images on their social media accounts! It was previously reported that two former members of the temporary girl group Kep1er (케플러), Yeseo (예서) and Mashiro (마시로), will be debuting in the new girl group after finishing their contracts with Kep1er. Later, it was revealed that all three Limelight (라임라잇) members, MiU (미유), Suhye (수혜) and Gaeun (가은), would also be joining the debut lineup.
The group’s name, MADEIN, stands for “We Made in You”, symbolising the enduring love and support from fans that have helped them come together as a group. Many of the members have participated in survival shows, making this debut a testament to their hard work and the unwavering support of their fans.
