Last week, local netizens were shocked after media personality Diorlying Tan (大穎) claimed her ex-boyfriend, singer Firdhaus Farmizi (菲道尔), had cheated on her during their relationship. While many are discussing what happened, well-known influencer Pei Shan (佩珊) has come out with a cheating allegation of her own towards ex-boyfriend Chang Le (蔡常樂).
Recently, the social media personality took to Instagram to expose Chang Le for cheating on her during their relationship. The couple dated for over five years and reportedly broke up in March 2024. According to Pei Shan, she discovered Chang Le was cheating on her in February when she caught him in the bedroom of a female acquaintance who was staying with the couple. She also found the content creator embracing another woman in a parking lot.
Pei Shan said Chang Le denied cheating, and she was asked to keep quiet about the issue to protect both influencers’ image. However, she felt compelled to expose her ex after he allegedly lied about his current relationship status. Following the allegations, Chang Le took to Instagram to apologise to Pei Shan. While he didn’t directly admit to cheating, the influencer admitted that he was “wavering between two relationships” and failed to end the relationship amicably.
Unfortunately, Chang Le’s apology was not well-received, as some netizens claimed it was produced using AI software. Some also mocked him, comparing him to Firdhaus. In addition to criticising Chang Le, some netizens began pestering his brother, influencer Chang Yong. However, this was the final straw for the influencer, who warned netizens against harassing his family. He also called out Pei Shan for allowing groundless rumours to spread.
Pei Shan later took to social media to respond to Chang Le and defend herself. She argued that Chang Le’s mother, Mrs Chai, had reached out to her after her son was caught cheating. She claimed that Mrs Chai apologised on behalf of her son and asked her to forgive her son. Despite that, Pei Shan apologised for the harassment the Chai family suffered from this issue and asked netizens to stop sending hate.
The feud between the two former lovers doesn’t appear to reach an end. However, we hope Pei Shan and Chang Le can settle this amicably. What are your thoughts on this?
