Malaysian car enthusiasts have a new reason to celebrate as iconic Japanese automotive brand Liberty Walk is officially opening its first Malaysian outlet at The Exchange TRX this August.
Taking place on 8 and 9 August 2026, the grand opening marks a major milestone for the renowned tuning house, which has built a global reputation for its bold wide-body kits and distinctive approach to automotive customisation.
Located at Persiaran TRX, the new Liberty Walk Malaysia store will offer fans access to official merchandise, exclusive collectibles, and a dedicated space celebrating one of Japan’s most influential automotive brands.
To commemorate the occasion, Liberty Walk founder Wataru Kato will be making a special appearance at the launch, giving fans a rare opportunity to meet the man behind the brand. Visitors can also look forward to an exclusive grand opening limited-edition die-cast car, official Liberty Walk merchandise, as well as special launch activities and surprises throughout the two-day event.
With Liberty Walk now establishing a permanent presence in Kuala Lumpur, the opening reflects the growing appetite for JDM culture and automotive lifestyle brands in Malaysia.
