Diskoria x Sheila Majid Concert Press Conference
Indonesia-based DJ duo Diskoria announced their upcoming concert “A TIME TRAVEL DISKORIA WITH SPECIAL GUEST SHEILA MAJID” at a press conference recently, and we were front and centre. The show promises to transport attendees on a nostalgic journey, merging the beats of disco’s golden era with contemporary sounds. Set to electrify Zepp Kuala Lumpur on 14th June, 2024, this unique concert, organized by MY Deteksi in collaboration with Sembang Kari Entertainment as well as Tourism Malaysia, will reignite Indonesian disco with the aid of “City Pop” queen, Datuk Sheila Majid, as well as cassette jockey, Jemput Dengar!
The concert will mark DISKORIA’s official debut in Malaysia, and the duo – Merdi Simanjuntak and Fadli Aat – expressed their hopes that the concert will weave a magical tapestry, seamlessly blending past and present.
