To say that the daughter of local celebrities Awal Ashaari and Scha Alyahya has become an internet sensation is an understatement. Not only does this young toddler has millions of followers on social media, Lara is also making a ton cash these days.
As the star of her own reality TV show, “Lara Oh Lara”, Berita Harian reported that Lara will have to start paying taxes this year. According to the publication, youngsters below 18 years of age who earn more than RM34,000 annually are required to pay taxes.
An agent has already been hired to handle Lara’s financial matters. “Lara already has her own income tax file with the Inland Revenue Board and will start paying this year,” said Lara’s mother, Scha, was quoted as saying.
Lara’s followers are often treated to a load of cuteness from her daily antics – from her playdates with friends, public appearances, and holidays trips to her fashionable “outfit of the day” posts (along with the hashtag #raraootd).
