Relationships, as beautiful as they can be, can and will get messy. It’s worse when third parties get involved. However, Thai actress Laila Boonyasak or Ploy Chermarn (40) has decided to take a leap of faith and let the cat out of the bag.
Fans of the actress would have noticed another mixed-race Thai actress, Atitaya Craig or Claudine (23), in Laila’s photos. The duo have always seemed close, but nothing was explicitly stated about their relationship. Well, until recently that is. Laila has officially confirmed that she is seeing Claudine!
Laila broke the news to Thai media during an interview. She stated that she was in a relationship with Claudine who is younger than her by 17 years. This is apparently the first time she has responded positively to inquiries about their relationship.
According to Laila, they had known each other for over a year before entering said relationship. Laila admitted that her first impression of Claudine was that she was very cute. The duo had developed feelings for each other after talking and hanging out.
Their relationship is certainly something Laila is serious about. In fact, the actress has already taken Claudine to meet her mother! “She (Laila’s mother) was surprised at first, but now loves Claudine very much,” Laila said. When asked about the future, Laila merely responded with: “Love is love, being together every day is enough now.”
Claudine is known for her mixed heritage of Thai, German, Scottish and American. The 23-year-old actress is often praised for her beauty. Claudine is currently studying in Chulalongkorn University. Fans have been very supportive of their relationship, both before and after Laila made the announcement.
