#KFCMalaysia: Finger-Lickin’ Good Fast Food Delivery Service Goes Online!

We spied a little something special today!

Most of you would have already heard by now that KFC Malaysia delivers scrumptious meals right to your doorstep. Some of you would’ve at least seen the KFC Malaysia delivery bikes hanging around your neighbourhood while a good handful of you might’ve already tried the service. The thing is, previously, the delivery service was only available via orders made through their delivery hotline (1300-222-888), and it was limited to certain KFC outlets.

Oh bummer.

But now, KFC Malaysia has launched a bigger and better delivery service by allowing customers to place their orders online. Yes, it has all gone virtual:

How it works:

To use the service, you’d need to first sign up for an account, which requires you to key in your personal details e.g. name, e-mail address, phone number, home/office address (or wherever you want your meals to be delivered to). Of course, signing up is completely free of charge and you don’t need to give them your credit/debit card details.

After which, you’re free to order away from their online menu, which comprises of both combos (promotions, individual, and family) and a la carte (chicken/burgers, sides, beverage)  items. Add them to your list, then check if you need have any special requests e.g. more chilli sachets, more tomato sachets, change (money) instructions for delivery person. Then, you’re good to go!

You can track your order status while you wait. And that’s not all! The number of outlets available have also been greatly increased, covering both Peninsular Malaysia and East Malaysia 😉
