Kelly Preston, the wife of Hollywood A-lister John Travolta, has sadly passed away on Sunday (12th July).
The “Jerry Maguire” actress died after a long battle with breast cancer. She was 57 years old.

The unfortunate news was announced by the “Saturday Night Fever” actor himself in a heartfelt tribute post on his Instagram. He wrote, “It is with a very heavy heart that I inform you that my beautiful wife Kelly has lost her two-year battle with breast cancer. She fought a courageous fight with the love and support of so many people.”
John added, “Kelly’s love and life will always be remembered. I will be taking some time to be there for my children who have lost their mother, so forgive me in advance if you don’t hear from us for a while. But please know that I will feel your outpouring of love in the weeks and months ahead as we heal.”
John and Kelly tied the knot at a midnight ceremony held in Paris in 1991. They have 3 children together – Jett, Ella Bleu and Benjamin. Unfortunately, the couple’s eldest son Jett died in January 2009.
Throughout her stint in the entertainment scene, the late actress was often paired together with her husband. The couple’s final on-screen project together was in the film “Gotti” in 2018.
