It may have been Father’s Day on Sunday (17th June), but John Legend had nothing but praise for his wife Chrissy Teigen.
The lovey-dovey couple was on their way to a dinner date when the 32-year-old former model, who just gave birth to their 2nd child Miles 1 month ago, had to pump breast milk in the car. The 39-year-old musician even shared a photo of the incident.
“I know it’s Father’s Day and all but my wife is pretty awesome. She’s taking me to dinner but still on mommy duty,” the crooner captioned his selfie. The image showed Teigen with her peach-coloured dress unfastened, breast pumps in place, flashing a peace sign to the camera.
Teigen isn’t exactly a stranger when it comes to over-sharing on social media. Fans have since flooded the post with comments, praising the mother-of-2 for keeping it real when it comes to sharing about her motherhood experience. “This is real life. I love that you both show that!” one commented.
That same day, the singer also shared on Instagram the golden cake he got for Father’s Day. It was in a shape of a heart and had the words, “Happy Father’s Day John”, across the bottom.
