This just in! Renowned film director Darren Aronofsky and award-winning actress Jennifer Lawrence have reportedly ended their relationship.
The two met on set during the production of “Mother!” and dated for one year before deciding to call it quits. However, sources confirm that the couple parted ways amicably and will remain as friends. It is not clear if the film “Mother!” had anything to do with the couple’s break up.
During their dating period, both Lawrence and Aronofsky were very discreet about their relationship. According to Lawrence, they knew liked each other during filming, but no one said anything until filming was done.
“We just kind of formed a friendship.” CinemaBlend quoted her as saying.
“He knew how I felt. He never told me how he felt. I mean, I assumed. We just formed a friendship and then the friendship turned into a partnership for the movie, once we started working. And then once the movie was done, I was like, ‘All right! You’re my boyfriend.'” she said.
It’s quite a bummer that the two aren’t together anymore, but at least they will still remain friends.
