Jaya Grocer continues to grow, recently launching its first Signature outlet at KLGCC Mall. The new outlet introduces a retail concept that blends global partnerships, local culinary experiences, and technology-driven convenience.
This strategic expansion marks Jaya Grocer’s 56th nationwide outlet. With this new launch, the grocery chain aims to provide a tailored grocery experience for the neighbourhood communities. Daniel Teng, Chief Executive Officer of Jaya Grocer, said in a press release, “With our Signature Outlet, we’re creating a space where freshness meets finesse. Every aisle is carefully curated for a modern approach to living well, from premium produce to artisanal selections.”
Daniel adds, “It’s a convenient grocery experience designed for a community that values quality and convenience. At Jaya Grocer, our goal has always been to offer Malaysians great quality and freshness at good value. This new outlet reflects that promise, bringing together the products our customers love in a space built with them in mind.” The CEO also officiated the launch on opening day, alongside Adelene Foo, Chairperson of Jaya Grocer, and Joseph Teoh, Deputy Chief Executive Officer.
Upon entering the Signature Outlet, shoppers are greeted by a dedicated chiller with a selection of ready-to-eat items. The Baker’s Son offers a range of handcrafted pastries served over the counter. The premium offerings include six live seafood tanks featuring fresh selections of seasonal delicacies, a Master Butcher-led beef section with dry-aged cuts, and a customizable cheese counter. The newly launched Wrap & Gift counter completes the shopping experience.
Adding a distinct culinary dimension to the KLGCC Mall outlet, Jaya Grocer introduces laüt, a seafood restaurant featuring exclusive menu selections. Dine-in services are available daily from 8:30am to 10pm. Additionally, Jaya Grocer offers both online and in-store tech-enabled convenience. Customers can shop a wide selection of local and international products online through GrabMart. Meanwhile, in stores, smart trolleys and real-time digital pricing via Electronic Shelf Labels (ESL) provide an efficient and enjoyable shopping experience.
Jaya Grocer Signature is now open on the Ground Floor of the KLGCC Mall. Operating hours are from 10am to 10pm, daily.
