Halloween may be officially on 31st October. But, that doesn’t mean festivities don’t continue for at least a few days after. After all, you’d want to milk the most out of being able to dress up for a day, wouldn’t you? Well, that is what Taiwanese celebrity couple Jay Chou (周杰倫) and Hannah Quinlivan (昆凌) have been doing!
Jay Chou and his wife, Hannah recently delighted fans with their joint efforts for Halloween. While Jay Chou got busy painting famous works for Halloween, Hannah dressed up as the figures from the paintings! Of course, Jay Chou got curious. Who replicated it better, him or Hannah? Fans had a definite answer to that.
Jay Chou’s recent venture into art has fascinated his fans. However, Hannah seems to be willing to give him a run for his money. Recently, Jay Chou replicated a famous work by Richard Prince called the “Runaway Nurse”. The lurid painting depicted a nurse dressed sexily in a black bra with a yellow jacket draped around her.
Hannah, not one to miss the opportunity, decided to dress up as the nurse for a Halloween pic. She wore the exact same outfit with the same alluring pose. Of course, she didn’t skimp on showing off some cleavage as well. So, Jay Chou decided to ask fans who did it better. “Did I win or did Hannah win? Who wins the game?” he captioned the photos.
Fans were quick to side with Hannah. “Of course, the queen, Hannah, is the winner. Got to try harder next time Jay King,” one said. “Hannah is so beautiful,” another sighed, adding heart emojis to the comment. A netizen stated, “She wins bro, forget it. #happywifehappylife.”
Others however felt it was a win-win situation. “Hannah won, but she is Jay Chou’s wife so, in the end, Jay Chou won,” one joked. “You might win if you act like this (sexy),” one comment cheekily suggested. Another hopefully opined, “No matter who wins, it feels like (there will be) one more child.”
Well, there’s certainly a reason why the duo is such a powerful celebrity couple! Thanks to their creative Halloween ventures, they’ve certainly made many fans happy.
