LIL LEAGUE from EXILE TRIBE (リル リーグ), a six-member dance, vocal, and rap group representing the fresh and fearless energy of Japan’s next generation of pop acts. Formed through LDH’s largest-ever audition, “iCON Z ~Dreams for Children~,” where they emerged as Grand Prix winners out of 48,000 applicants, LIL LEAGUE has quickly risen as one of Japan’s most promising young groups.

Celebrating their third anniversary this year, the group reached a new milestone with the release of their second album, “NEOMATIC”, which is available digitally on 4th February 2026 (Wednesday), with the physical edition set to drop on 4th March 2026 (Wednesday).

Carrying the theme of ushering in a new era of music and performance, the album title “NEOMATIC” reflects the group’s determination to stand as a defining act of the next generation. The album features a powerful lineup of tracks, from fan favourites released between the 2024 summer hit “Youth Spark” up to their latest single “Manatsu no Hanabi,” along with several brand-new songs.

Leading the album is the bold title track “LILMATIC,” which samples Beethoven’s timeless classic “Für Elise” to deliver a fresh, innovative sound that embodies the group’s unwavering identity. The album also includes “Wonder Island,” the official theme song of LIL LEAGUE LIVE TOUR 2026 “Wonder Island”, which ran from January to 3rd February 2026 (Tuesday).

“Because the song blends classical music with hip hop, it felt both nostalgic and like stepping into a completely new genre at the same time. The melody motif was originally written for piano, so it was quite challenging to layer the lyrics and vocals on top of it. However, going through the process of interpreting the lyrics and the background of the song as it came together was, above all, the most enjoyable part,” said SENA IWAKI, the leader of LIL LEAGUE.

A special video edition of “NEOMATIC” will also be released, featuring the music video and behind-the-scenes footage for “LILMATIC,” as well as music videos for “Youth Spark,” “Shigeki Saiyūsen,” and “Manatsu no Hanabi.” Additionally, fans will be treated to exclusive footage of LIL LEAGUE’s segment from NEO EXILE SPECIAL LIVE 2025, held on 26th December 2025 (Friday).

SENA also expressed LIL LEAGUE’s aspirations for this year: “In 2026, we hope to become artists who can deliver our music and live performances to an even wider audience in a meaningful way. We are truly happy to know that there are people overseas, including in Southeast Asia, who support us. While we can’t make any promises just yet, we will continue to refine our daily activities and expressions with the goal of someday being able to deliver our performances directly to you!”

“NEOMATIC” marks a new chapter for LIL LEAGUE as they grow their sound in Japan and prepare to reach more listeners across Southeast Asia. Stay connected with the group through their social media pages.
