One of the most fun and entertaining things about gaming is that you can meet new people online. Just log in to any lobby of any multiplayer game and you can have fun with people from all over the world and who knows, you might become best friends in real life.

With that being said, you must also stay vigilant even when you’re online. You’ll never know who these people are on the other side unless they’re streaming their gaming session with their camera on. Speaking of streaming, this Japanese gamer became the talk of netizens within the South East Asian region for her interesting “cursing” song.

Japanese Twitch streamer Xiinya recently posted a compilation video of her DoTA 2 (Defense of the Ancients 2) gaming sessions. The viral post is a self-made music video titled “SEA SERVER” with the lyrics for the chorus containing mainly curse words she’s learned over time from playing the game with other South East Asian people. “Japanese girl got [an] education by SEA #Dota2 song “SEA SERVER”,” she captioned.

Some of the curse words in the video originated from different SEA countries such as The Philippines, Vietnam, Singapore, and our home country Malaysia. In case you want to know which word belongs to which country, here’s a full list:

  • Sohai (Malaysia/Singapore)
  • Cibai (Malaysia/Singapore)
  • Pukimak (Malaysia)
  • Anjing (Malaysia)
  • Lanjiao (Malaysia)
  • Putang ina mo (Philippines)
  • Bobo (Philippines)
  • Babi (Malaysia)
  • Mak kau hijau (Malaysia)
  • Bangsat (Malaysia)
  • Du ma (Vietnam)
  • Kan ni na (Malaysia/Singapore)
  • Niama (Malaysia/Singapore)

SEA netizens flooded the comments section with most saying that they were entertained by the song and also claiming it to be the anthem for SEA gaming servers. However, there were a few who were concerned about the kind of people she interacted with during her sessions.

Apart from the curse words, audio snippets of Xiinya’s previous gaming sessions were also incorporated into the lyrics. If you want to listen to the song on your way to or from work, it’s also available on Spotify.
