Malaysian powerhouse vocalist Jaclyn Victor continues to push her boundaries on Singer 2026 Malaysia, this time by performing her very first Mandarin song in a competition.
For the latest episode of the singing competition, Jaclyn took on “Chong Bai” (崇拜), one of the most beloved ballads by Malaysian Mandopop icon Fish Leong. “My first attempt at singing a Mandarin song for a competition. Chong Bai is a gorgeous song by the lovely Fish Leong that was just so easy to fall in love with,” she wrote, adding that nerves were running high before she took to the stage.
