As Malaysians, we love exploring various pasar malam (night markets). It was recently announced that Ipoh’s largest pasar malam, the Ipoh Walk Night Bazaar, is set to officially launch on 8th December.

Dubbed as the night market of night markets in Perak, the new attraction will host over 1000 canopy stalls. Pretty impressive right? According to their website, free parking, free Wifi, and toilets are also provided.

Ipoh Walk Night Bazaar was initially supposed to launch in October, but it was forced to postpone due to the recent weather conditions. For those that don’t know, this huge 69,000 square feet  pasar malam is situated near Tesco Ipoh and Aeon Mall Kinta City. It’s only a 10-minute drive from Ipoh centre.

As per reports, the first phase of Ipoh Walk Night Bazaar’s launch will introduce 750 stalls. 300 of those stalls will be selling yummy Asian street food from Thailand, Taiwan, Indonesia, and many more. The remaining 400 stalls will be selling various merchandise such as clothing, household items, and accessories.

Since its soft launch in September, Ipoh Walk Night Bazaar has already hosted events such as the Taiwan Snack Carnival and the Orchid and Floral Festival. As for the 2nd phase of Ipoh Walk Night Bazaar, visitors can expect an event hall to be ready by then as well as more stalls to shop.

Here is a tease of what to check out:

The details to Ipoh Walk Night Bazaar are as follows:
