Get ready, KLP48 fans! In celebration of their upcoming 1st anniversary, the idol group will hold a special concert this August!
The Kuala Lumpur-based idol group will celebrate their 1st Anniversary this August. As such, the group announced a special concert titled “〜BLOOM〜” to mark one year since their formation. The concert will take place on 16th August 2025 (Saturday) at Zepp Kuala Lumpur. The tickets to the show will be available from 3rd July 2025 (Thursday) onwards.
Formed in 2024, KLP48 represents AKB48’s first subunit from Malaysia. The group features 13 multicultural members, bringing an international experience to the group. Since its formation, KLP48 has gained popularity in Malaysia and overseas. This upcoming concert celebrates the group’s outstanding achievements in the past year and motivates them for their future activities.
Joining the celebration is KLP48’s sister group, JKT48! As the first overseas group in the 48 Group family, the Jakarta-based group has played a pivotal role in introducing the idol culture to Southeast Asia. The concert will also feature a special pre-show appearance from local girl group COËX and singer Ismail Izzani.
