Hype-y Birthday to us! We officially turned 10 this year and to celebrate, we threw a birthday bash last Friday at the NZ Wheels Mercedes-Benz Showroom in Bangsar. The night was filled with fabulous-looking people, delicious food, Instagram-able moments, and many, many familiar faces.
We certainly had a blast thanks to everyone who attended to celebrate this milestone with us. Now that everyone has sobered up, and is well-rested, let’s take a look back at the 10 most memorable moments of what went down at the anniversary party:
1. The Venue: NZ Wheels Mercedes-Benz Showroom
First of all, have you seen the venue and the decorations for the event? We know you like it, and we saw your IG posts. Thanks to NZ Wheels Mercedes-Benz for letting us throw our birthday bash at their showroom in Bangsar! The decorations and lighting gave an exclusive red carpet event vibe (minus the red carpet). The flags, the stage, the border: Perfection.
2. Mr. Kevin Chong is in the house!
Our anniversary event was hosted by the one and only Mr. Kevin Chong! Blessing our guests with the sound of his golden voice, Kevin got everyone hyped up for the party throughout the whole night. If he wasn’t hosting and entertaining the audience on stage, he was down there with the crowd making sure everyone had a good time.
3. Performances by Meer Nash and Next Level Dance Crew
Entertainment was nothing short of amazing if we do say so ourselves. After opening the ceremony with their signature song, Next Level Dance Crew wowed attendees again with a BLACKPINK medley that got us dancing along with them. The main act of the night was Malaysian singer Meer Nash who owned the stage by performing a total of three songs including his newest single “KAJIMA”.
4. The Food and the Booze
A party wouldn’t be complete without some delicious refreshments. We have to thank ROKU Gin and Heineken for sponsoring us with their drinks and we can confirm that our guests drank (responsibly) to their hearts’ content. If it wasn’t obvious enough, the Thai finger food at the event were provided by the Department of International Trade Promotion, Ministry of Commerce, Thailand.
5. Our Sponsors: “Today’s event is brought to you by…”
Our party wouldn’t have been possible without our sponsors, partners, and collaborators. Their booths were set up around the venue for everyone to come and see. We just love the Japanese feel at ROKU Gin’s booth and Heineken of course had some beautiful people giving out the drinks to our party guests.
Tissot’s beautiful watches were beautifully displayed for our guests to look through and even try on. Tech fans got the chance to check out vivo’s V25 series and for those who wanted to feel what it’s like to be inside of luxurious cars, several beautiful Mercedes-Benz car models were displayed upstairs as well as outside of the venue for everyone to touch, feel, and experience.

6. Finish The Lyrics and Lucky Draw!
Another highlight of the event was of course the games. One of our favourite moments is when a few of our party guests were brought up on stage to play the “Finish The Lyric” game led by our host Kevin. Those who didn’t win the first game got their chance at the Lucky Draw later that night. The prizes for all the games were presented by representatives of each brand. Here are the prizes won by the winners:

7. Strut Your Stuff At The Cargo Lift
We just love, LOVE, love the photos our guests took at our specially decorated Cargo Lift photo booth. The blue neon lights really went well with whatever outfit the party guests were wearing. All of them look super amazing in these photos!

9. Famous People Who Attended!
Oh look, celebrities! We did mention that our party was attended by many familiar faces. You might have heard them on the radio, seen them on TV, or on your social media feed. These celebs and KOLs were everywhere at the party. Unfortunately, we couldn’t fit them all in this article but see if you can recognise any of them here:
10. Vibing with DJ Lady Cher
After all that hard work, it’s time to hit the dancefloor! Our very special guest, DJ Lady Cher started her set around 10:30pm and guests and some of our own people danced their hearts out and vibed with the DJ throughout the rest of the night! A perfect way to end the party.
