SISTAR’s (씨스타) Hyorin (효린) is on a roll!
Shortly after releasing “I Like That”, KBS has enlisted the pop idol queen to participate in their latest Wednesday-Thursday drama’s, titled “Uncontrollably Fond” (함부로 애틋하게), Original Soundtrack (OST) project. The drama stars Kim Woo Bin (from “The Heirs”) as Shin Joon Young, superstar actor, and miss A’s Suzy (from “Dream High”) as No Eul, a documentary producer who values money over justice.
The song, titled “I Miss You”, is the 5th part of the OST project and it is an emotional ballad that represents the 2 leads’ budding love. The track features Hyorin’s beautiful yet soulful voice. Just like the OSTs for “Descendants Of The Sun” (태양의 후예), the almost 4-minute-long music video is a compilation of scenes from the drama.
“Uncontrollably Fond” follows a couple who broke up when they were young due to an unfortunate past, and resumes their relationship again after they meet years later.

Hyorin made her debut in 2010 through Starship Entertainment’s SISTAR with their first single, “Push Push”. The group have since released several hit tracks such as “Alone”, “Loving You”, “Touch My Body”, and “Shake It”. Prior to her participation in “Uncontrollably Fond”, she has released OSTs for hit K-dramas such as “Master’s Sun”, “My Love From The Star”, and “Warm and Cozy”.
“Uncontrollably Fond” airs every Wednesday and Thursday at 9:55pm KST on KBS.
