Alien Days makes its way to us fellow aliens!
Alien Days the single from MGMT’s self-titled third album was first release on September 17th, 2013. Staying true to themselves and matching the title of the song, the video to Alien Days is no short of bizarre antics. The psychedelic electronic duo’s video opens on a supernatural scribe who leads a Puritan couple out to the woods before he straps them to a giant gyroscope and send them spinning.
The eccentric video is then bombarded with blooming sunflowers and dancing aliens as the couple finds themselves with a child on the way.
