Charli XCX is b-back and she has dropped her music video for “Boys”. As promised, the highly-anticipated clip is filled with all kinds of hot boys!
“Angels!!! The boys video is finally here!!!!! Directed by me!!!!! So happy that this is finally out in the world! NO BOYS WERE HARMED IN THE MAKING OF THIS VIDEO ?” she wrote in the video’s description.
“Boys” will be included in her upcoming 3rd studio album which is set to release next year. It is described as a breezy electro-pop track about how the British singer-songwriter’s romantic daydreaming is affecting her friendships.
“I’m sorry that I missed your party/ I wish I had a better excuse, like ‘I had to trash a hotel lobby’/ But I was busy thinking ’bout boys/ I was busy dreaming ’bout boys,” she sings.
The 3-minute video (above) features an A-list crew of male celebrities. DNCE frontman Joe Jonas is seen eating pancakes seductively in one scene, while Diplo cuddles with puppies in another. The clip also includes Charlie Puth, Wiz Khalifa, G-Eazy, Jack Antonoff, Mark Ronson, Ty Dolla Sign, Will.i.am, K-rapper Jay Park and many more.
We gotta say, that’s some serious eye candy!
