It appears love is in the air for popular Taiwanese hosts Lulu Huang Lu Zi Yin (黃路梓茵) and Hank Chen Han-dian (陳漢典). The “Hot Door Night (綜藝大熱門)” co-host surprised fans when they suddenly announced their marriage without any previous hints about their relationship.
On 11th September 2025 (Thursday), the two media personalities shared a joint post on Instagram, revealing that they have recently tied the knot after years of working together. Lulu and Hank wrote in the post, “This isn’t a hot new project. We’re really getting married. It might seem like a hilarious prank, but life is full of surprises.” The post also includes photos of the happy couple.

Lulu and Hank have been longtime friends, co-hosting “Hot Door Night” with Jacky Wu (吳宗憲) since 2013. The two are often teased for their relationship, with Jacky even once joking that he would give them an NT$2 million (approximately RM278,000) red packet for their wedding. However, since the two never admitted to dating each other, the marriage announcement came as a surprise to the public.
In their announcement post, the couple said, “Brother Jacky Wu once said that what’s more important for partners than trust is compatibility. I’m so happy we both found the person we understand the best in life. We’ve decided to spend every happy and hilarious day together.” The couple also emphasised that their marriage isn’t a prank for the show, saying, “There are no red ribbons to pull out and no hidden cameras.”

Hank’s agent would later confirm the marriage, asking the public for their love and support for the couple. Friends and fans have since congratulated Lulu and Hank on their union, at the same time expressing surprise over the sudden announcement. Even their co-host, Jacky, was also unaware of their relationship, revealing that he only learned about the couple the day before the announcement.
Congratulations to Lulu and Hank on their marriage! May their union last a lifetime and be filled with laughter!
