Get ready to end 2025 on a high note! Legendary Hong Kong pop trio Grasshopper (草蜢) is making a long-awaited return to Malaysia with their electrifying “Re: GRASSHOPPER Concert Tour 2025”, happening this December at the iconic Arena of Stars, Resorts World Genting.
This highly anticipated performance marks Grasshopper’s triumphant comeback to the stage after a brief hiatus, following member Remus Choy’s (蔡一傑) successful brain surgery. Now fully recovered and bursting with energy, the trio is back stronger than ever! They’re ready to reignite their connection with fans and deliver a spectacular night of music, dance, and nostalgia.
Celebrating an incredible 40 years since their debut, Grasshopper continues to be a defining force in the Mandopop scene. The “Re” in Re: GRASSHOPPER carries a powerful message: Recover, Restart, Reunion, Rearrange. As Calvin Choy (蔡一智) puts it, “After recovering, we are restarting this journey, reuniting with fans across Asia, and rearranging our classics to bring a brand-new experience.”
Fans can look forward to a high-energy setlist featuring Grasshopper’s timeless hits, including crowd favourites like “Love Trap” (爱人阵线联萌), “Half a Heart” (一半的心), and “Forget Love Samba” (忘情森巴舞).
