Heineken Malaysia took its customers on an immersive journey through the Heineken Star Quality Experience, which took place over the weekend at The Square, Publika, Kuala Lumpur. With the return of the Heineken Star Academy finale, a countrywide competition to find the Star Quality National Champion, the Star Quality Experience was enhanced even further.
Aside from recognising its current Star Quality National Champion, the finale was hosted at the same site as the Heineken Star Quality Experience. Guests at the Star Quality Experience were given an exclusive sneak peek at the upcoming ‘Take the First Sip’ campaign, which will take place in the next two months.
The ‘Take the First Sip’ campaign highlights Heineken’s brewing principles, which are all important in ensuring that every glass of Heineken delivers on the most delicious first sip possible. Heineken’s five fundamental Star Brewing Principles were shown to invited visitors and trade partners during a tour of the Heineken Star Brewery.
Guests travelled through an immersive maze to see, smell, and touch all of the ingredients that go into making the ideal Heineken. Heineken specialists guided them through the experience, emphasising the significance of utilising only the best ingredients and highlighting the brewery’s unique brewing process, which includes its unique horizontal brewing technique, distinctive A-yeast, and more.
The tour concluded with a stop at the Heineken Star Bar, where guests could try their hand at a perfect pour! After the trek, each visitor was given a pint and a photo opportunity to commemorate the night’s first drink.
Aside from that, Heineken will bring a slew of new experiences to life, including a nightlife resurrection and a month-long takeover of a unique location. Consumers may stay tuned for additional information on these events, which are sure to deliver lasting memories – all starting with that first delicious sip of Heineken.
