Noradah Rani, a 17-year-old TikToker, has just filed for divorce from her husband after a mere two days of marriage. The Sabahan content creator is flustered after being called a divorcee (“janda” in Malay) despite still being fairly young. Despite going through a difficult time in her life, the TikToker still uploads many positive videos to uplift her situation and to show netizens that she is still strong.
The young TikToker has uploaded many videos explaining that her complicated situation lies in the hands of God and that she is fine with what happened. Most of the videos are brought in a positive light, instead of dwelling on the ugly truth. Despite being young, this shows maturity on her side. Yay Noradah!

According to Oh! Media, the TikToker also explained the reason behind her divorce is due to the parents’ forced hand in marriage. Realising that the only way to get them off the couple’s back is to get it over and done with. After just two days of marriage, they decided to finally get a divorce.
Scrolling through the TikTok comments, many still support her decision saying that it is up to God where our fate lies. Many also commented prayers for her and her future endeavours. Though there were several men who jokingly asked for her hand in marriage. Yet none of these marriage proposals were replied to by Noradah yet.
Being still fairly young, we know that she still has a long way to go in her journey toward adulthood. Hopefully, in the long run, she would be able to find someone she truly loves and also receive her parents’ blessing. What do you guys think? Leave your comments below.
