Ooh! Nevermind Singapore – it has been confirmed that Hong Kong pop starlet G.E.M. is coming to Malaysia!
Yup. Fans of pop music sensation Tang Tze-Kei (邓紫棋), more popularly known as G.E.M., can look forward to the singer’s show in Kuala Lumpur next year. Organised by Star Planet, G.E.M XXX Live World Tour will take place on 24th Jan 2015 at Putra Indoor Stadium in Kuala Lumpur. And yup, this would mark G.E.M.’s first major solo concert here!
G.E.M. embarked on her first leg of X.X.X. World Tour with 5 full-house shows in Hong Kong Coliseum in April last year and her new tour series is expected to happen in more than 50 cities. In a press release, G.E.M said fans are in for a good time at her show. “The three Xs stand for ‘more to eXpose, more to eXpect and more eXciting’,” explained the Hong Kong pop diva. Fans can look forward to a terrific steampunk-themed show featuring aerial silk dancers, marching band and surprise music arrangements.
A ticket launch will be held on 9th Nov (tSunday) in Paradigm Mall, Petaling Jaya, Selangor from 11am – 5pm. We hear that there’s a special 10%-15% discount off ticket prices but the offer is limited to the first 2,000 tickets and only 4 tickets are allowed per person. Tickets are priced at RM598 (VVIP), RM498 (VIP), RM408 (PS1), RM328 (PS2), RM228 (PS3), RM148 (PS4).
