A show-stopping centerpiece for any occasion! The PRIME Beef Wellington is a classic dish that combines juicy premium grade Black Angus Beef Tenderloin with a buttery puff pastry. The pastry is glazed for the shiny golden brown exterior and sprinkled with sea salt. The beef is seared and brushed with Dijon Mustard, and a dash of Horseradish, a Wild Mushroom Duxelles with cream and pan-seared Foie Gras, which add up to its flavour, with a special twist.
