K Fry
This Merdeka season, K Fry is serving up something truly special with the launch of our limited-time menu: “Cool-lah Malaysia! Unity on Ice.” The “cool” concept comes to life through dishes with icy or chilled elements, perfect for beating the Malaysian heat while giving familiar local inspired flavours an unexpected twist.
Indulge in the tangy comfort of the Icy Sweet and Sour Chicken, the vibrant medley of textures and flavours in the Colours of Gemilang Hwachae or the tropical indulgence of the Mango Swirl Shake. The “Cool-lah Malaysia! Unity on Ice” menu is available now until 30th September 2025 at all K Fry outlets.

In conjunction with Merdeka and Malaysia Day, Inside Scoop Inside Scoop has teamed up with your favourite Malaysian brands to celebrate our homegrown taste buds! The 2025 Lokal Legends campaign, features six brand-new ice cream flavours, co-created with some of Malaysia’s most iconic homegrown brands:

McDonald’s Malaysia is introducing a saucy addition to their fan-favourite Nasi Lemak! Indulge in the new Nasi Lemak Ayam Goreng Mekdi dengan Kuah Gulai, a warm and spicy upgrade to the fragrant coconut rice ance iconic crispy fried chicken!
The Nasi Lemak Ayam Goreng Mekdi dengan Kuah Gulai is available at all McDonald’s Malaysia outlet from 14th August 2025 onwards.
FamilyMart
FamilyMart is introducing a cool new twist to your favourite kuih! Meet the new Kuih Talam Sofuto – swirl of classic creamy coconut goodness with that fragrant pandan twist you love! Enjoy the sweetness of this classic kuih in a creamy, cool way!
