Sushi lovers will be delighted with the new selection of rolls, which include the Spicy Unagi Roll featuring tender and succulent slices of grilled eel (Unagi).The Unagi’s soft and slightly chewy texture contrasts with the tender bite of the sushi rice to create a satisfying mouthfeel. The Torched Salmon Roll, on the other hand, is made with fresh salmon that is lightly seared on the outside with a blowtorch. For those looking for something heartier, the Angus T-Bone Steak and Salmon Fillet are both excellent choices. The steak, cooked to perfection, features a mouthwatering crust and tender, juicy meat; while the Salmon Fillet is served with flavourful grilled vegetables and Romesco sauce that perfectly complement the delicate fish.
