1. Asylum Coffeehouse

Singapore’s Asylum Coffeehouse has just soft-launched its very own branch here in Bangsar! Try their signature “Milopresso”, a “Keluak” espresso base-blend mixed with a brew of Milo, or the made-for-Malaysia “PB&J Latte”, blended with peanut butter milk and jelly jam – easily a fan favourite. With your signature Singapore-roasted coffee, indulge in the chunky-soft New York-styled cookies by Kheng’s Cookies, a local Penang-baked supplier.

2. Since Then

Since when have we known about this warehouse-sanctuary cafe? Since Then! Soft launching its outlet in Bangsar, foodies and cafe hunters unite and experience the ambience of this new fusion restaurant serving dishes like their Thai curry laksa crustacean pasta. Not only is their menu to die for, but the restaurant is the perfect place for all your Insta-worthy pictures as it features a cosy minimalist warehouse concept with an outdoor garden, adorned with high ceilings and perfectly air-conditioned space. It’s a perfect space for your next brunch, dinner and everything in between plans!

3. G.F.P Girlfriends’ Place

G.F.P Girlfriends’ Place takes eateries to a whole new level with this fresh new concept of turning actual homes into spaces to share meals with your loved ones. Available for reservations from Thursday to Sunday, this cosy SoHo suite welcomes a small group for a chill wine and snack session serving a selection of wine by the bottle, chips, cheese and siu yuk. Reserve the space for your next event at this home away from home.

4. La Stellar Maison

Ever wondered how popular French and Italian dishes adopt a Malaysian flair in a delicious fusion of culture? Meet Bangsar’s newest fusion flair, Le Stellar Maison. This new eatery provides its customers with never-before-seen dishes, such as “The Baaah Kut Teh Pasta”, served in a clay pot of house-rolled tagliatelle with tender lamb and The Borneo-meets-Bologna risotto, served with Sarawak’s finer-grained Bario rice and topped with Sabah’s king tiger prawn in a briny bisque sauce. Meet Bangsar’s newest izakaya-inspired kitchen. Featuring a pork-free menu, this eatery is worth a visit for fans of Japanese regional recipes. Try their must-try Hamamatsu Gyoza, jam-packed with flavour and made with your choice of chicken or wagyu beef, and Enshuyaki, a rectangular-shaped pancake a recipe originating from Hamamatsu packed with chicken or minced wagyu beef topped with pickled daikon takuan.
