Fitness First and Celebrity Fitness have some good news to share to all you gym freaks out there!
Motivation may be hard to come by during this Covid-19 pandemic, but these gym centres are offering an encouraging incentive to slay your workouts while you stay safely at home.
Sure, YouTube videos are accessible at any time, but many of us still prefer a shared experience that can only be provided in workout classes. Under the Evolution Wellness Group, FIRE Fitness, Celebrity Fitness Indonesia, Fitness First Singapore and Fitness First Thailand have curated a 1-week schedule worth of free live workout classes that you can take part in.
From now till 19th April (Sunday), there are various types of fitness workouts ranging from yoga and core exercises, to body combat and dance classes available. There are sessions throughout the day (morning, noon, evening and at night) either on Facebook Live, Instagram Live or YouTube, so take your pick according to your preference.
