Fitbit Versa Special Edition: The Ultimate Guide To A Fitter & Healthier You

Life is becoming even more hectic these days. With each passing day, we are most certainly overwhelmed with an overload of work present alongside our daily commitments and responsibilities that is a constant chore with no end in sight!

By the end of the day, all we want to do is literally ‘put our feet up’ and just enjoy what’s left of the remaining day. Sunrise comes and we reluctantly return to the draggy ‘back to life, back to reality’ mode.

With the over-stressed lives that we have and to add it on with the current Covid-19 pandemic, daily living has certainly become a bane. Many of us are just tired to even take some time off and self-indulge. Often times, we hit the hay earlier as our bodies reek from exhaustion.

A tired body also results in a less healthy body. Fatigue often times results in neglect of one’s well being. This gives us less time for any form of exercise routine and also workouts, much less consuming a hearty and healthy balanced diet.

Thus, such neglect beyond a doubt causes much distress to the body, making one susceptible to many aches and pains, diseases, sickness and viruses. Our immune and overall cardiovascular health is most jeopardised and compromised. With that, we need to be disciplined concerning our health. This includes exercising regularly and keeping fit.

Having said that, we have a solution for you, and one that can help you in great ways to live the good life. Presenting to you – the fitbit versa Special Edition Lavender smartwatch. The fitbit versa SE is a watch like none other. When we make that statement, we mean it.

Throughout our journey on discovering this great watch, we have managed to create a balance workout for ourselves in no less than a month, thanks to this amazing watch.

fitbit versa SE is catered for the brave heart, the one that wants to push boundaries and achieve their ideal weight score by keeping their cardio and heart rate in check. This watch is designed in a way to get you started on a workout regime, get you hooked on it and reap the best results.

A healthier version with fitbit versa Special Edition

Every bit of this fitness watch has inspired us in our quest to stay healthy and fit. We began experimenting with the watch about 4 weeks ago. Knowing about our fitness level, we realised it was high time we embark on a regimented workout plan to stay in shape and reduce some extra baggage that we gained over the Movement Control Order (MCO).

fitbit versa SE empowers people to lead a healthier lifestyle through data and information in tracking their fitness levels, motivation to be consistent in their exercise choice, encouragement to mindfulness through its various therapeutic music and empowering advice via the fitbit mobile app.

fitbit plays its role as a personalised experience, insights and the coaching needed for you to begin your journey towards a healthier you. The watch is highly interactive and it constantly reminded us to walk every time in order to achieve our target steps. NO EXCUSES FOR US! We listened and climbed that flight of stairs.

Some of us may prefer taking brisk walks and doing simple cardio workouts such as squats, light-weight lifting and push-ups rather than extreme exercises. We opted for walking as a preferred choice for our workout routine with the fitbit versa Special Edition.

While constantly reminded to work, one might think it is quiet of a hassle, especially when you’re stuck at a desk job like us, but the experience of actually listening to the watch soon became a habit. We needed some form of discipline and COACHING, and fitbit versa did just that!

The other feature that we do value and appreciate is the heart beat function feature. With the heart BPM (beat per minute) function, we were able to track our cardio health and should it be worrying for us, take the appropriate steps to lower the rate.

With that we were constantly reminded to always help ourselves by being healthy and exercise regularly in order to maintain a good heart rate.

Tracking a woman’s monthly cycle

Most women find the time of the month to be quite of an experience, often times we menstruate when we least expect it and that puts us in an uncomfortable situation if we suffer from Pre-Menstrual Syndrome (PMS).

Fret not! While the menstrual cycle can be unpredictable, the fitbit pulse SE helps you track your monthly cycle, which ultimately helps you in preparing yourself mentally and physically to THE DAY approaching your next period.

It even helps you track your fertility rate. Through the fitbit app that sync’s with your phone, a chart is provided detailing your most fertile days.

A strong battery life

There are no complaints when it comes to the lasting durability of this watch’s battery life. It has a really damn good pretty impressive battery life. We could go for four days without charging the watch’s battery. Such convenience!

Those that lead busy lives will find this watch a relief having not to constantly charge the watch every now and then. Reliability and flexibility is what we would like to express when describing its battery life.

Other important features of fitbit versa Special Edition

The watch is in every sense and all rounder. It comes with a calls, text, calendar and app alerts. I’d say it comes with all the convenience you could ever imagine for yourself.

Apart from that, the fitbit versa Special Edition unlike the other fitbit versions comes with payment features with a built-in NFC chip to make secure payments. Unfortunately, the watch payment service for Malaysia is unavailable due to the unavailability of our local banks on its feature.

The fitness tracker watch even has an amazing sleep tracker that tracks your sleep score and your sleep stages with your resting heart rate. You can even wear your fitbit versa SE to sleep and cruise your way to la la land.

Why we say so? Its lightweight and so comfortable you won’t feel like you are wearing a watch to sleep or you could choose not to wear it during sleep, its pretty up to your preference and level of comfort.

It still monitors your heart rate nevertheless!

Unlimited music enjoyment

If you have the versa, you have unlimited music supply. It helps you control Spotify on your phone through an app. You could have your Bluetooth on or Wi-Fi for that matter and enjoy your favourite lists.

Water-resistant

Another favourite feature we truly loved about this watch is the fact that no matter how much we wash our hands in adhering to the SOPs due to the pandemic, the watch is 100% WATER RESISTANT!  We must say that we were truly happy with this watch for not bailing on us when we needed it the most despite all the water splashed on it (not deliberately).

Final thoughts

While having spent 4 weeks with this watch, we have no complaints. It has been one of the best fitness watch we have come across. Although we’re still in the midst of achieving our ideal calorie count and body weight, the fitbit versa has helped motivated and coached us into a much fitter and toned version these last few weeks.

This wondrous fitness fitbit versa Special Edition Lavender smartwatch is affordably priced at RM1,120. This reliable fitness tracker is for everyone and it’s a great investment as you aim towards a better you.

Keen on the fitness tracker and can’t wait to strut in style with it, click here for more deets!
