Calling all Japanese foodies! If you are particularly fond of sushi and sashimi, then you are in luck. Pullman KLCC has just launched its Japanese themed dinner buffet that is currently happening in Sedap Restaurant throughout the month of August.
Known for his “Kaiseki” mastery in Japanese culinary art, Pullman KLCC has invited Chef Hiroshi Masuda to showcase his expertise specially for the Japanese-themed buffet in Sedap Restaurant.
The Japanese dinner buffet includes traditional and modern Japanese dishes, ranging from premium seafood, to local favourites and international dishes. Diners will get to witness Chef Hiroshi Masuda in his element – slicing sashimi, crafting his signature sushi, preparing grilled black cod teriyaki, and serving tempura in live stations.
In addition to fresh sashimi, nigiri and sushi, diners will also get to taste fresh ingredients and dishes cooked by traditional Japanese methods such as grilled lamb chop with wasabi miso, salmon teriyaki, beef katsu Japanese schnitzel, simmered chicken and vegetables “Chikuzen ni”. You can also find Japanese green tea, Japanese roasted green tea, Japanese genmaicha and Japanese Barley tea served at the Japanese buffet.
Do save some space for desserts as this buffet also offers some delectable treats to satisfy your sweet cravings. Aside from the usuals, we absolutely loved the small strawberry cheesecake, mochi starch jelly, cakes and pastries.
